This means we are always on one months notice if you decide to take your business elsewhere. If we don't keep prices fair, or if our service doesn't keep you impressed, or even if you think we're not doing an excellent job then there's always the threat that you'll leave.
It doesn't matter if we've been looking after your systems for two months or five years - our IT solutions always have to keep you impressed.
Complacency is the number one reason a relationship between a company an IT breaks down. Our rolling contract ensures we can never become complacent.

This means that when problems occur we need to resolve them first time and efficiently. Better still, it's in our interest to ensure our IT processes work and that problems don't occur on your systems.
We've won many clients from 'pay as you go' IT outsourcing companies i.e. the type of provider that only provide a service when something goes wrong and from whom you buy a fixed amount of time.
